Overview

The Head of AI Marketing will spearhead our AI-driven marketing initiatives, shaping and executing innovative strategies that enhance client campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes. This leadership role is pivotal in aligning our marketing objectives with emerging AI technologies, ensuring that Bordeaux & Burgundy remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI marketing strategy tailored to our B2B clientele.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities that drive campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.


Team Management & Collaboration:


- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of marketing professionals and data scientists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and technical teams to integrate AI solutions into overall marketing strategies.


Innovation & Execution:


- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of AI-driven tools and platforms, including predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and automation systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate our service offerings.


Data-Driven Decision Making:


- Leverage data analytics and machine learning models to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and increase ROI.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of AI initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for AI strategy discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Present insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client teams.

Qualifications


Experience:

- A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of integrating AI and advanced analytics within B2B marketing campaigns.


Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.


Leadership & Communication:

- Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.


Industry Acumen:

- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and the evolving role of AI in the marketing landscape.
